Terms of Use

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate details, including your real date of birth.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.
• You can delete your content or ask us to close your account at any time.

2. Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give AutoBook a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize and distribute it so the service works (for example showing your photo in the feed, in search and in Sponsored placements you paid for). The licence ends when you delete the content, except where it has been shared by others or is kept in backups for a short time.

You promise that you have the right to post it and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights.

3. Community rules

Do not post or send:

• Hate, harassment, threats, or sexual or violent content.
• Scams, fake listings, stolen vehicles or parts, or illegal goods.
• Spam, fake REVs or comments, or anything that gets around our limits.
• Other people's personal data (such as number plates with names or addresses) without permission.
• Malware, or attempts to break, scrape or overload the service.

We may remove content, limit features or close accounts that break these rules. To report something, email info@autobook.live.

4. The Showroom and meeting other members

• AutoBook is a place to advertise and talk. We are not a party to any sale between members and we do not handle payments between members.
• Listings are created by members. We do not check the condition, ownership or legality of any vehicle or item.
• Check items in person, verify paperwork and never send money before you have checked what you are buying.
• Take care when meeting strangers: choose a public place and bring someone with you.

5. Turbo and Advertising (paid promotion)

• Turbo boosts one of your posts or listings; AutoBook Advertising runs an advert made in Ads Manager. Both are marked as Sponsored.
• You choose a daily budget and a number of days. The price is the daily budget multiplied by the days, paid in advance by card.
• Promotion starts as soon as payment completes and runs for the days paid. It does not renew automatically.
• Ads must follow the community rules above and the law. Links must lead to the real business or page you advertise. We may stop an ad that breaks the rules, with a refund for the unused days.
• Reach and results are not guaranteed. Views and clicks shown in Ads Manager are our best measure of activity.

6. AutoBook Pro

AutoBook Pro is a subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes the daily limit on AI answers. It renews automatically until you cancel in the Pro page; benefits continue until the end of the paid period or stop as shown there. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.

7. Refunds

• If we cannot deliver what you paid for (for example a technical fault or we stop your ad), we will refund the unused part.
• Promotion that has already been delivered, and days already used, are not refundable.
• If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, you keep your legal rights, including any right to withdraw. By starting a paid promotion immediately you ask us to begin the service straight away and you understand you may lose the withdrawal right for the part already delivered.
• To ask for a refund, email info@autobook.live with the date and the item.

8. AI answers

AI Mechanic and AI Car Specs give general information that can be wrong or out of date. They are not professional advice. Have anything safety-related checked by a qualified mechanic before you rely on it.

9. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep AutoBook running but provide it "as is", and it may be interrupted or changed. To the extent the law allows, AutoBook is not liable for indirect losses, for what members post, or for deals between members. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Ending use

You can stop using AutoBook at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law. Paragraphs that by their nature should continue (such as liability) still apply afterwards.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you in the app or by email; continuing to use AutoBook after the date means you accept it. Questions: info@autobook.live.
